Through some clever engineering, Aero Precision was able to combine the handguard mounting platform with the receiver itself, creating a strong, one-piece Upper that requires just 8 screws to mount a free-float handguard. And since the the handguard mounting surface and receiver are part of the same forging, Aero Precision was able to make additional lightening cuts to save weight and allow for more efficient cooling. It's quite simply one of the best and most innovative Upper Receivers we've ever seen.
