Ingredients
- 1 1-1/2-pounds venison
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 28 oz tomatoes with juice
- 1 16 oz can kidney beans with juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 16 oz can whole corn with juice
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 package taco seasoning
- Shredded Mexican cheese
- Pepper to taste
- Cilantro Garnish
Directions
Brown meat and onions, and drain if needed. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer. Place in soup bowls and top with shredded cheese.
