Ingredients
- 1 Smoked Wild Hog Ham
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 12 oz can root beer
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
While ham is in oven warming, make the glaze. In a medium sauce pan whisk together mustard, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Gradually add root beer. Simmer until slightly thickened approx. 15 20 minutes. Brush on ham and cook until thoroughly heated. Prep time 15 minutes, cook time 30 minutes.
