Ingredients
- Butter
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp caper juice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/3 cup green olives (sliced)
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper (sliced and seeded)
- 2 tsp fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 limes
- 4 pike filets
Directions
Place butter, onions, garlic, capers, tomatoes, green olives, jalapeno, oregano, pepper, and juice from limes into a pan and sauté. Set aside and add fish in the same pan and cook until the fish flakes. Serve vegetables with fish over it. Prep time: 15 minutes. Cook time: 15 to 20 minutes.
