The heavy-duty rack is constructed of 1 1/2" dia. tubing for perimeter support and bolts to 1" dia. mesh platform that provides additional space to strap down even more gear! And there is no need to alter your original tubular rack; the universal fit design includes all the mounting hardware you need for easy installation.
