This Valor Standard™ Ballistic Hard Plate provides reliable stopping power against a wide range of hard-hitting rifle rounds. Tested to stop up to 7.62mm FMJ lead core ammunition. Made to the same strict NIJ standards demanded for official issue by LEO and security organizations.

This Body Armor carries the NIJ (National Institute of Justice) certification mark, showing it has been subjected to extensive ballistic, endurance and water-submersion tests at a NIJ-approved testing facility. Certification is a long, expensive process reserved for only body armor made to the most rigorous technical specifications, and a requirement for body armor intended to be issued by a law Enforcement department to its officers.
