In the case of suspected chemical infiltration, this Reactive Skin Decontamination Lotion was a broad-spectrum treatment applied to skin or other surfaces to rapidly break down chemical agents to non-toxic or less toxic forms. This Lotion has been rotated out of government stockpiles, and will be past its expiration date. The reactive chemicals inside will have some residual level of effectiveness but this also makes a great collectible for any gas mask or chemical warfare collection.
