Based on the ECWCS (Extended Cold Weather Clothing System), the TRU-SPEC® Waterproof Gen2 Parka is a rain coat/winter coat hybrid made from 3-layer fabric that's 100% waterproof, windproof and breathable. No-freeze zipper with double storm flaps designed to keep ice and snow from penetrating, as well as a stand-up zip-through collar with stowable hood. Wear it on its own for rain- and wind-blocking comfort, or team is up with the included fleece layer for serious cold-weather wear.
