The SOG® Seal XR is probably one of the most rugged folding tactical knives on the market. Full size 9.2" overall, but more amazing 0.16" thick blade and 0.71" thick at the handle. The opposite of low profile: The Seal XR is large, in-charge, and ready to rock any cutting chore with enthusiasm. Massive flipper lets you rocket the blade open with just one finger. All-over jimping helps you maintain grip at any angle, applying force at any part of the handle or blade. Finally a strike pommel helps with quick emergency escapes.
