The Ruger® American Rifle combines MOA accuracy and and all-weather durability. Ergonomic, lightweight stock is designed for quick, easy handling, and features a splatter finish. Barrel is cold hammer-forged for ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy and longevity, and comes with a Cerakote® finish for corrosion resistance. The Gen II improves upon the original with a more rigid ergonomic stock and fluted, threaded barrel with Gun Metal Gray Cerakote finish and factory-installed radial brake. Deep spiral fluting reduces weight at the muzzle end to improve balance without sacrificing stiffness or accuracy, and the radial brake reduces felt recoil and muzzle movement. Finished off with a gray splatter-finished stock, it's a step up from the original.
