They're named for the S2V SieveTM vents that keep air circulating while allowing water to escape. S2V technology keeps you cool while also providing some relief should you have to cut through a stream. The uppers are crafted from a combination of premium leather and 1,000-denier Cordura nylon, both elements treated with PTFE for flame resistance. Rounding out the military-grade package are special high-walled Vibram® outsoles and a bevy of internal comfort features like an Air-Port cushion and energy-returning footbed.
