The flexible 15cm knife blade performs chopping, slicing, even fileting duties for your meal. The cutting board gives you a stable surface that contains natural disinfecting properties. The wrap rolls out to provide a coated cloth prep area that cleans up easily afterward. When the cooking is done, wipe it down, roll it up and close it with the buckle and attached strap.
