Rated 3 out of 5 by CharlieMikeGolf from Range transport, airline doubtful Inexpensive but serviceable. Fits Moss 500 Persuader easily, larger than expected. Glued the foam backing to the plastic subframe because it shifts too much, sometimes hampering closing. However, the amount of foam is adequate: other reviews asked for straps, but I think the Plano gets away with not having them with a tight squeeze from foam. Agree with previous review: seems flimsy when opened but solid enough (at this price) when closed. Surprised that few reviews mention very cheap latches, of which there are six; the first two times using it, the same latch came off (easy to put back on, but this should not be the case). I cannot imagine this would be acceptable to an airline, and you must secure it at four points (two corners, two near handle) with lock/zip tie to make it secure. I did not see any notation on the case indicating airline approved. In retrospect, I would save the money and seek the next level up if 1) airline travel matters to you and/or 2) you secure your weapon(s) in the case. For travel to range, this is just fine, better protection than many soft cases at a price competitive to them. As a hard case, the question of value depends on intended use. I had hoped for something more substantial as 1) and 2) are important to me.
