The NexBelt Supreme Appendix EDC Belt was specifically designed for appendix carriers. The 1.5" microfiber construction is flexible for a move-with-you fit. The compact buckle can be positioned at your appendix, on either hip or at the center of your back. You'll have all the room you need for your CCW plus a few mags at the ready.
