The LEM® Natural Hog Casings make juicier, tender sausage so you can enjoy that distinct "pop" when you bite into your sausages. Just rinse in warm water several times, then soak in water for one hour until soft and pliable. For proper storage, cover casings with salt, place them in an airtight container, and refrigerate them. Properly salted and refrigerated casings should last a year.
