LEM's stainless steel grinder plates are made to stringent standards for hardness and quality. They're also hubless so they can be used on both sides, and are highly resistant to rust. The 3mm is LEM's finest grind; perfect for hamburger, bologna, hot dogs and jerky. Each plate is 2-3/8" diameter and has 3mm (1/8") plate holes.
