This Holster was probably designed to fit the less-well-known Beretta Model 1934, a compact service pistol approximately the same size as a Makarov or PPK. More than a million Model 1934 pistols were manufactured across an incredible 1935-1991 manufacturing run. And there were quite a few holsters manufactured too.
