This Hungarian BDU Jacket is a close copy of the classic BDU field jacket first issued to U.S. troops in the early 1980s. Iconic 4 pocket design was introduced in part based on feedback from paratroopers using similar pocket configurations during World War II. The unusual Hungarian Desert Camo on this Jacket looks similar to U.S. Desert Camo, with minor differences. Officially adopted in the early 2000's, it saw use in Hungarian deployments to Afghanistan.
