The HWS EXPS3 delivers true two-eyes-open shooting for fast target acquisition, built on EOTech's holographic technology rather than LED projection for a faster, clearer, and more accurate sight picture. The 0-reticle pairs a 68 MOA speed ring with a 1 MOA dot, giving you three aiming points calibrated for .223 Cal. 62 Gr. at 2,900 fps, with the ring also useful for approximating shotgun patterns depending on choke and shell type. A 7mm raised quick detach base sets up lower 1/3 co-witness with iron sights, and night vision-compatible settings keep the optic usable after dark. Because the reticle projects holographically at 200m rather than through the lens itself, the HWS EXPS3 minimizes parallax and keeps performing even if the window is damaged or obscured. Windage and elevation adjust in 0.5 MOA clicks, and the sight is water resistant to 33 ft. and rated for continuous use across a -40°F to 140°F operating range. A single CR123 battery delivers up to 1,000 continuous hours of runtime at the nominal setting.
