Not rubberized, however. They are a higher tech version of the original Vietnam War style. The fabric is waterproof, but the hood seam is not taped, making this my only complaint. I have bought 4 of these so far and will be getting more soon. Pair the with a liner and you have a pretty killer multi use bad weather system.
