U.S. Military Surplus Technical Manual on Rigging, New is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Alabama from ExcellentThe booklet is divided into two sections, cable and rope. I have only used the rope section but is well worth the price. The military requirements for rope are for easy tying and untying, and the harder you pull the tighter the knot will hold, but still be easy to untie. Most of these knots almost untie themselves as soon as you release pressure. No more having to cut a rope because you can’t untie the knot. I use the knots on the farm, boating, securing construction materials and farm supplies. Highly recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by jimboylan from ReproductionThis is not Military Surplus, but instead, a new photographic reproduction (and possibly a reduction) of the 1968 Army manual. Good eyesight or a magnifying glass can be useful, and some of the fine detail in photos, diagrams, and fine print is fuzzy. The original was probably 8-1/2 by 11 inches, this one is about 5 by 8 inches.Of course, you may have to pay Collector$ price$ for original copies.
