U.S. Military Surplus Stearns Tactical PFD Flotation Vest, New

This Stearns-manufactured U.S. Military PFD (Personal Flotation Device) uses the same time-tested mechanism as Type V manual civilian models, allowing the wearer to generate an extra 33 lbs. of emergency buoyancy with one pull of the handle or use of the oral tube trigger. You get all the safety at a fraction of the original cost.

This Vest was originally approved for use by DOD (Department of Defense) agencies, because unlike civilian models this PFD requires some training to use the manual arming mechanism. To assist in proper training, all original safety instructions and documentation are included.
