This U.S. Military Personal Charge Cooling Kit was originally designed to purge and recharge the cooling capabilities of an Air Warrior (U.S. Army) aviation life support system. The Air Warrior system used an MCU (Micro Cooling Unit) as well as a MCG (Micro Cooling Garment) to circulate cooling fluid (water/glycol) underneath body armor or chemical protective equipment to help keep helicopter crewmen comfortable and extend mission endurance.
This Cooling Kit includes all the original components of the Aircraft Personnel Personal Charge Kit Assembly, as well as a handy carry bag for storing it all. A seriously "cool" collectible as well as a potential resource for your own custom cooling creation.
