U.S. Military Surplus Headquarters Field Desk, 3 Piece, New

War is hell, but the paperwork required by HQ is even worse. This is an M-52 Field Desk, indicating the first models were probably issued around 1952. Too young for WWII, but just in time for Korea and Vietnam. In fact models like this Desk would continue to be used in military settings until the end of the Cold War, at least.

No lightweight, but if you can handle the loading and unloading you will be getting a portable work space that literally crushes the competition. Large folding table section is perfect for swap meets, craft projects, and ticket sales. Cabinet includes a full set of voluminous drawers for stowing all sorts of supplies to service your home office, show booth, or even outdoor shooting range.

The Desks in this lot appear to be manufactured much later than 1952. All are new and unissued, but have spent a significant amount of time (20+ years) in long-term storage.
