Often known as a "Snorkel" Parka because it zips up until only a very small portion of the wearer's face is exposed to the cold. Intended to be a final layer of warmth and protection to go over the rest of your cold weather gear, for comfort in temperatures down to –14ºF. Each has ben gently pre-tested by U.S. troops, with plenty of life left for the uncertain road ahead.
