This Sleeping Bag Cover was issued by the U.S. Military, but it's in like-new condition. It has sealed seams and a 2-way YKK® zipper. Plus a mummy hood that can go over your head for total protection from the elements. In fairly moderate conditions you could sleep in this without a tent. It has snaps to fit military ECWS, intermediate and modular bags.
