Rated 5 out of 5 by TwoTon from Built for big people!!Got my rolling chair and after a 10 min easy assembly, it was gliding smoothly across my garage floor. Pneumatic lift works flawlessly and the cushion is amazing!! It's perfect for big boys**and girls who need a little extra smoosh below them. Great product, Thanks SG!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bronccat from I want to love it....butIt's a great idea that fell short. Love the shape of the seat, big wheels, etc. I've owned two of these for 2 years - wanted them to last ten years, won't make 5.Now for the issues:- Seat seam rips almost immediately (I'm a big guy, but still)- Cylinder is WAY undersized. Won't stay up, then locked up- Even with seat at lowest, if you bend over this thing is liable to shoot out from under you like a rocket!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Philip from NOT AS ADVERTISEDThe product advertised adjusts in height from 18" to 24". The product I received adjusts in height from 14" to 21". Too low in height for my purposes. Furthermore what is not stated is that the seat sinks another couple of inches when you sit in it. FYI: I weigh 170lbs.What is most problematic however is that you can't tell that the product does not meet [height adjustment] specs until one spends half an hour or more putting it together. I would have sent it back except for the fact that I don't have the time or energy to take the unit apart and try to re-package it. If you send me a large box I will ship the assembled unit back to you for refund.

Rated 2 out of 5 by mike from TraXion monster roller seatI received the rolling seat , undamaged in packing and transportation. The assembly instructions are not only missing important elements but also internally contradictory. I had to call the manufacturer to get assembly instructions. She readily agreed that they received many complaints about the same subject, but to date the company has refused to alter the instruction sheet. Once assembled, the seat did not rise to the level advertised in the sportsman guide catalog, it was short four inches minimum, at its highest setting. I again called the manufacturer, reading the catalog description to her on the phone, and she readily admitted that the description was inaccurate but that sportsman's guide and other retailers had not changed their literature. One of the primary reasons I bought this product was the ability to elevate to about 22 inches, normal chair height. I am very upset at the products inability to do that, but I will not be returning it as I can use it as an expensive seat to wash and wax the lower portions of my automobile and pickup truck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TMAC from Good Choicethis roll around stool is very comfortable and works very well. I've owned stools that the casters were much smaller; consequently the function of the wheels was not as reliable

Rated 1 out of 5 by theneedforspeed from Title is not in alignment with the capability of the seat. The ad says that the seat is rated up to 400 lbs. I do not weigh 400 lbs but the seat will not retain the max height advertised.. It settles down at the minimum. the pneumatic piston seems defective. I suspect it has the wrong capacity shock. Seat was ok for a few days and then it failed to maintain the set height.
