The all-new MR920 Combat takes the best aspects of the MR918 and combines them with an overhauled optics mounting system and updated features to create a truly exceptional multi-role Pistol.

The new optics mounting system is among the best we've ever seen, and was the result of considerable effort. By redesigning internal slide components, Shadow Systems was able to relocate portions of the operating system to allow 3 key attributes:

1. The strongest, deepest screw placement in history.

2. Direct mounting of several brands WITHOUT intervening adapter plates.

3. Extremely low optics placement, allowing for co-witness with regular iron sights.

No past design has combined all 3 of these game-changing attributes. The MR920 optic cut accommodates Trijicon® RMR and SRO, Holosun® 507c and 508t, Leupold® Deltapoint Pro, Vortex® Viper, and TruGlo® Tru-Tec. Again, that's WITHOUT an adapter plate. The new system provides versatility without compromise, and even exceeds the strength of past Shadow Systems mounts.

More New Features

The MR918 set a new benchmark for low recoil and controllability in rapid fire. The MR920 draws many of its design cues from the MR918, but the dust cover now includes a recoil control ledge for the support hand thumb. This control point further reduces muzzle flip in rapid fire.

The frame of the MR920 continues to feature the NPOA backstrap system, which adjusts the ANGLE of the backstrap to match the shooter’s natural point of aim. The pistol system includes 3 backstraps, a removable magazine well, and a backstrap removal tool for your convenience.
