Serbian Military Surplus Winter Parka with Liner, Camo, Used is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 5 out of 5 by exusaf from Great Utility CoatGreat coat for the price. Sturdy outer shell with thick liner mades this a great casual knock-around coat. Warm enough for North Dakota winter. Slightly faded but very good condition, all buttons and zippers are in working order. The Serbian coat of arms adds to the collectability. Currently own three of these and may get another.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dwm123 from OkLooked as if not ever wore. Smelled really bad but not surprising as it looked like it was made in 1994. After several washings smell was gone, it was a little large on me as usually when I buy European products they end up smaller than US sizes. Overall for the price and free shipping it was well worth the cost

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kevin from Great Spring or Fall work/hunting parkaMy parka arrived looking barely used with no holes or tears anywhere. The only sign that it didn't come straight from the factory that made it was the sewn unit patch on the left shoulder. The parka is a rugged material, much like the original M65 field jackets that I used growing up. The removable liner is only a vest and that is why I would only recommend this for Spring or Fall. If it had a full liner like the M65 field jackets, I would eagerly recommend it for winter work as well. Of course, with some layering you could easily make it work in cold weather. There is no type of hood, although there are buttons below the back of the collar for a removable hood, if you can find one. There are only three pockets on the jacket (which is why it gets four stars and not five) - two slash pockets and a small inside pocket. Some additional features are a drawstring waistband, two position adjustable cuffs, euro zipper (left hand) with button storm flap, epaulets, and 2 duty belt loops. Overall a great deal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dave from Fits true to sizeMine was just like the picture, zippers work fine, camo is great, zip in liner is for the body only not the sleeves which is ok with me ' cause sleeves would be too tight with lining...No hood, no patches and no fur collar like mentioned in previous reviews....Fits like an XL should....$22 shipping included you can't go wrong....
