Invite the decorated wren to be your backyard guest with this bird house by S&K Manufacturing. A tireless singer, the wren sings its combination of trills and rattles with exuberance and conviction. The Wren House features a cedar wood construction that's naturally decay-resistant. A slightly slanted roof sheds water and keep the nest dry. The entry hole is the ideal size to let wrens in, but keeps out predators.

Mount the house on a T-Post using the T-Post Mount adapter (not included), mount it on a Tri-Tel or Quad-Tel pole using the optional BBV adapter (not included), or mount it directly to a wood fence post or tree. The Wren House is produced at Scenic River Industries, a Shelter Workshop located in Missouri that provides meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Placement Tips

Place the nest box 5-10' above the ground and under the eaves of a building or tree limb. Wren boxes can also be firmly fixed to the side of a building or tree, or hung freely from a wire. To attract wrens to your bird house, place suet, peanut butter or meal worms in nearby feeders.
