This is a reproduction of the jackets worn by the tank division during the North African Campaign during WWII. It is in the exact same style as the jacket worn by one of the leading commanders during the campaign. Generalfeldmarschall Erwin Rommel, also known as the Wustenfuchs (Desert Fox), wore a similar style of this jacket while leading his men. For two years, he commanded The Afrika Corps where they supported the Italian troops. This jacket has a history and a story all its own.
