The Pulsar Core FXQ38 Thermal Monocular is out front in extending the use of your daytime optics. Quickly combine the familiarity of your regular rifle scope with the night-busting technology of thermal imaging. Thanks to a quick-release bayonet system, you can easily attach the Core to the front of scopes with an objective diameter of 40 to 56mm. This allows you to retain the reticle, eye relief and point of impact while adding the advantage of an uncooled 384x288 microbolometer and 50 Hz frame refresh rate to see heat signatures through fog, rain or heavy underbrush. Unlike night vision devices that rely on intensifier tubes and available light, the Pulsar Core uses heat to track targets at a distance of 1,400 meters with 3 operating modes that optimize imaging based on current viewing conditions.
