High-quality optics and thermal sensor with a 17-micron pixel provide enough clarity to identify a 1.8 meter-high object at 1,300 meters (or 1,421 yards). The 384x288 uncooled microbolometer delivers stunning images in even the worst weather, and 8 color palettes give you plenty of viewing options to see every last detail.

The high-contrast AMOLED display features improved color rendering and amazingly fast response time, providing sharp and smooth images even during sub-zero conditions. And despite the exceptional clarity, battery life doesn't suffer one bit. The Axiom's unique APS5 battery provides up to 11 hours of use on a single charge, and can be easily swapped out for a fresh battery in seconds.

The Axion 2 also features enhanced WiFi performance via 2.4/5 GHz waveband support. The 5 GHz connection offers better bandwidth, faster data transfer, and improved connection stability—resulting in easier operation with your smartphone.
