Rated 2 out of 5 by DBC01 from Ok priceThis refurbished product only comes with a 30 day warrantee. Part of that is taken up in shipping. Mine would shut off immediately after being taken off high idle after starting. This was after 2 week. So I was 3 weeks into the 30 day warranty period when I took it to the local shop who’s name was provided to me by a Poulan rep as a certified warrantee servicing center. Attached photo shows Poulan warranty coverage schedule.

Rated 1 out of 5 by grunt_52 from Nothing but troubleIf you want a quality chainsaw, don't buy a Poulan. When I got it, I couldn't install the chain onto the bar because the chain had so many burrs on it. Lousy quality control. I had to order another chain (not Poulan). When I did get it started, chain oil was all over the place and there is no adjustment. Every time you cut a 6" log, you'll have to refill it with chain oil. The engine runs rough and eratic. Had to keep restarting it. Overall, this chainsaw is a piece of excrement. If you want a good, dependable chainsaw, buy a Stihl.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bird watcher from Great deal for the money!!You do have to assemble not in factory box take your time putting bar and chain on. It pinches easy other than that you let the saw do the work and it goes to town. don't pass it up considering buying another one. plenty of info on you-tube if you need it the manual that comes with it is not very helpful. Can't give it a 5 I would do a 4.5 if I could.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Gatsby from Didn't Work Correctly Right Out Of The BoxIt was in expensive and that's a good thing. First off the box looked like it was air dropped from a C-130 onto my porch but nothing was broken so I set the saw up. Fueled it and it didn't start. I fiddled around with it and finally got it started and it would run and shut off, run and shut off... But once it got warm it would at least run long enough to cut up firewood. I finally, decided to get it looked up by a pro... I couldn't find anyone in New Hampshire willing to service the thing. They'd sell me parts but not touch it with a ten foot pole. I wish I put the money to a more quality saw... Or at least one that works right out of the box.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Gatsby from A good saw for the price...I have a bear of a time starting it and keeping it started until it's warmed up. If I could do it again I'd have spent a little more for a better saw.
