This Polish Military Steel Helmet is a hard-knock "steel pot" collectible from the pre-ballistic-composite era of battlefield head protection. Many of these appear to be the Wz. 50, the post-WWII design based on the Soviet SSz-40 and issued to troops of the Polish People's Army. But other similar steel pot designs could certainly be in the mix.
