Originally produced from 1948 onward, the original Marlin Model 336 is one of the most beloved lever guns of all time. Now, under the tutelage of legendary firearms manufacturer Ruger®, Marlin is reintroducing the iconic Rifle for a new generation of shooters, with modern features and modern accuracy.

It's built around a CNC-machined receiver, lever and trigger guard plate, as well as a robust action that can reliably handle a wide range of .30-30 Winchester loads. The American black walnut stock is beautifully finished, and features finely cut checkering for grip in bad weather. The flat-top receiver accommodates a scope once it's drilled and tapped, but the semi-buckhorn rear sight and bead front provide precise targeting.
