The Kimber Rapide is anything BUT "just another" target/competition 1911. A truly unique specimen, the Rapide combines the bedrock features of the Kimber Custom line with performance-enhancing features that make it the ideal target pistol. It starts with the hand-fitted stainless steel barrel and chamber, each cut to critical match-grade dimensions, allowing every pistol to reach its true accuracy potential. The new V-Cut match-grade trigger breaks clean at 4-5 lbs., increasing both confidence and accuracy. Frame and slide are machined stainless steel (respectively), and paired early in production to ensure optimal fitting.

The Rapide's roster of performance features is just as impressive, starting with stepped cocking serrations for easy slide manipulation. Lightening cuts at the fore of the slide help the Rapide cycle and lock-up faster, and the barrel's TiN (Titanium Nitride) finish provides unmatched corrosion resistance. Finished off with TruGlo TFX Pro Day/Night Sights, it's the total target package, guaranteed to perform when the stakes are high.
