Pocket-sized but controllable, ultra-light but soft-recoiling... the P380 is a pistol of contradictions, so forget those old adages about what a sub-compact is supposed to be. It fits nicely in the palm of your hand, and slides easily into a pocket, yet it remains naturally pointable and easy to control. It weighs just 10 ounces, but recoils softly thanks to the locked-breech design.
It's an outstanding concealed carry piece you can trust with your life, and it's so small you'll almost forget it's there.A few notes on the P Series.
The P380 is built on the same frame as the CW380, but sports a number of improvements. The slide features refined machining techniques, and is roll-marked, not laser-engraved. The slide release is bar stock, not MIM, and the front sight is dovetailed. Most importantly, though, is the P Series' Lothar Walther match-grade barrel with polygonal rifling, which delivers enhanced muzzle velocity over the CW Series.
