This is a modern Italian Military Kevlar Helmet, very similar to U.S. PASGT styles. Hard to find outside of Italy, and to make it even more interesting, this is a Kit that arrives in an unfinished state. Requires painting and sanding, not to mention all the hardware and suspension that would normally hold a helmet together. But the Kevlar aramid shell is the real deal, and with some work could turn into a really cool one-of-a-kind piece for your collection. And the price is only a fraction of what a similar finished helmet would be.
