This Hungarian Military Ballistic Vest is an authentic piece of modern military history, a physical example of the changing face of asymmetrical warfare. Originally manufactured for use during international peacekeeping operations in Europe and beyond. Kevlar® polyaramid inserts in the body, shoulders and collar were meant to absorb IED shrapnel and small arms fire, while the substantial front and back ceramic plates were intended for larger caliber attacks. Each is new, but shows signs of decades of storage. A rare find, discovered with the ceramic plates still intact, ready for your military collection.
