Here in Minnesota, we have intimate knowledge of how cold feet can spoil a winter day. A good pair of boots is essential equipment in these parts, so we set out to make a pair you can count on in the coldest, iciest, wettest conditions. We built our Guide Gear® Nisswa Boots to meet and defeat the challenges of a North Woods winter, with rugged, waterproof nubuck leather uppers, removable wool felt liner and a reflective wool frost barrier in the soles. A steel shank and beefy, deep-lug rubber outsole complete the package, creating a snow-plowing, slush-busting, all-day-warm pair of boots that'll make you feel like the king of winter, even at 58-degrees below zero.
Now, even your feet can dress in layers
More layers. More warmth. It's a simple theory, and it works. So we fortified our Nisswa Boots with multiple layers of protection from the elements, starting with a 100% waterproof rubber shell and beefy, deep-lug rubber outsole. Next, we added a 8mm reflective wool frost barrier on top of the outsole to provide an extra layer of insulation between your feet and the frozen tundra. Finally, a thick, removable multi-layer wool-felt liner with reflective properties. Four layers. One seriously warm boot.
Waterproof. Rugged. Ready for anything
A good pair of boots needs to do more than just keep you warm. They need to keep you dry. They need to last. And they need to keep your feet underneath you. Nisswa Boots have all the angles covered, with premium nubuck leather uppers that are exceptionally durable and naturally waterproof. Plus, a 100% waterproof rubber shell that protects your feet from ice slush and snow. A heavy-duty outsole with deep lugs bites into snow for sure-footed traction across wintery terrain. Waterproof seam seals and triple needle stitching where the upper meets the rubber shell bring it all together to keep you dry, comfortable and moving in the right direction this winter - and for winters to come

Rated 4 out of 5 by clayton from Nice boots!I needed a warm pair of boots for my job and decided to give these a try. Pac boots have worked for me in the past and these have not disappointed. They keep my feet warm in our very cold northeast winter weather and are comfortable. Nice liners and good grip in the snow. My only complaint is that the laces are way too long. Otherwise I love everything about them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Toocoolbreeze from warm very comfortableI just ordered these boots two weeks ago. I have worn them a few times hunting already. It is not very cool in Alabama yet, but my feet did not sweat at all in these boots. They feel very true to size. They are easy on and off. They look good on. I have walked in the woods hunting and have found them to be comfortable enough right out of the box to wear all day. They were marked down this week and I was given a refund for the difference in price without hesitation. I love these boots and SG.
