If the batteries in the penlight are Lithium batteries that would be true (I would bet long odds that they are NOT lithium batteries). If the problem isn&#39;t the batteries, then the only other item that would be (mistakenly) a question for air shipment would be thinking the alcohol pads made it &amp;quot;flamable&amp;quot; (which might be true if you wanted to ship a giant case of these, but not for a single kit).
