Dual 3L cooking tanks keep foods separate, so you can whip up crispy beer-battered fish in one fryer and juicy jalapeno poppers in the other. And each tank is powered separately, so you can heat your oil faster and recover quicker between batches.
Adjust the temperature easily from 300°F to 375°F using the large turn-dial thermostats. When you're finished frying, use the built-in drain hooks on the steel strainer baskets for easy draining before serving. The non-stick cooking tanks are coated with steel for lasting durability. Heating elements and electrical controls disassemble from the rest of the fryer for easy cleanup. Magnetic break-away power cords store inside the strainer baskets when not in use.
