Browning Silver Sporting Micro Adjustable Semi-Automatic 12 Gauge Shotgun
The right fit for your smaller shooters. The Silver Sporting Micro was specifically constructed to start young shooters on the correct path. It allows them the chance to develop sound shooting skills and achieve their shooting goals quickly and accurately. You can adjust the stock to a custom length and fit with the included spacers. Smaller shooters can get the perfect sighting plane with the adjustable comb. Even on the competitive youth circuit, Browning delivers the reliability, fit and feel necessary for that first-place spot.
ACTIVE VALVETM GIVES YOU LESS RECOIL
Instead of having the gases from a fired shell add to the recoil, the self-adjusting Active Valve gas system uses the gases to operate the action. The gases from light loads are primarily used to operate the action, while magnum loads use only a small part to active the action and the rest is vented through the Active Valve. Your shoulder will feel less of the recoil as the unnecessary gas is expelled through the Valve, saving you money on gel pads, gel stock inserts, and hydraulic recoil dampeners.
BACK-BORED MAKES YOUR SHOT FASTER
Wanting to reduce recoil and improve pattern for their customers, Browning® was the first firearm company to give factory back-boring to shotguns as an option. Back-boring is used to increase the inside bore diameter so its maximum allowable specification. By reducing the friction between the shot cup and the barrel, the shot pellets are propelled to a higher velocity by the energy deployed by the powder.
INVECTOR-PLUSTM OFFERS CONSISTENT, DENSE PATTERNS
The longer choke taper of Invector-Plus gives you a more consistent and uniformly dense pattern, while producing fewer fliers. It's more durable than other chock tube systems, especially if you're using steel shot. By eliminating the gases slipping between the barrel and the choke tube, it eliminates the damage to your barrel and choke tubes.
