This Brooklyn Armed ForcesTM Level 6 Parka is made to the same specs (Generation 4) as the wet-weather outer layer of the legendary U.S. military ECWCS (Extended Cold Weather Clothing System). Intended to be worn over other layers to provide a final barrier against cold and wet conditions, particularly in environments where the temperature alternates between freezing and thawing. Completely waterproof, windproof and breathable for long distances in the field.
This is the Parka (as opposed to Jacket) variant, with extended length for more coverage in adverse environments. Separate drawcords cinch at waist and hem allow for a snug fit while permitting necessary mobility.
