Comfort meets agility in Baffin® Sequoia Boots. The rubber compounds are designed to remain flexible even in the most frigid of arctic temps. They are every bit as durable as traditional, heavier compounds, and provide maximum grip on snow and ice. And the combination of liner and insole are designed to keep you warm in extreme cold. Plus, unlike other extreme cold weather boots that are often heavy and clunky, Baffin Sequoia Boots weigh just 29 oz. each.
Inside the Inner Boot System
Their multi-layer system is designed to keep you warm while wicking away moisture. B-Tek Heat hollow-fiber insulation holds heat, while ThermaplushTM wicks away sweat. HydromaxTM II holds moisture while vaporized aluminum membrane funnels it out of the boot…it also reflects body heat for added warmth. Even wafflecomb layers hold heat to keep warmth inside. And within all this are layers of form-fitting foam and polyester/wool for a comfortable step.
