Arsenal® SAM7K 7.62x39mm Semi-automatic Pistol

With its premium hot-die hammer-forged receiver, cold hammer-forged barrel, and high-grade components, the SAM7K from Arsenal® is no cheap knock-off. It's a fine take on the AK pistol, and the perfect way to start your SBR build.

Each SAM7K receiver is milled from a hot-die hammer-forged receiver blank by the Arsenal Co. of Bulgaria. Other milled-receiver AKs are machined from bar stock, but Arsenal's hot-die hammer forging produces stronger and finer-grained steel. Internal voids and cooling deformations are eliminated by the 5-ton hammer forging process.

Each blank requires over 5.5 hours of milling before assembly. This forging and milling process is complex and time-intensive, but this meticulous attention to detail delivers a receiver of unequaled strength, precision and durability.

And that's just the receiver. Literally every component has been engineered to deliver decades of dependable service. If you're an AK enthusiast, or if you're looking to get started on your short-barreled rifle, you can't go wrong with the SAM7K.
