It may show the picture of a whole gun it made describe a whole gun but it comes into pieces to Upper and the lower. The upper is 100% legal to ship to a residence. Now to the one that ask this question you should know you&#39;re not going to get a lower ship to you without going through an FFL the lower receiver is where the serial number is located and wherever the serial number is located that&#39;s what BATF considers to be the firearm. Also if you want to mount a bipod Yankee Hill makes an adapter that fits right under the gas block without touching the gas block where others are too large and we&#39;ll hit the gas block. So get the Yankee Hill bipod adapter and your bipod should fit just fine.
