Instead of the traditional delta ring/barrel nut mounting method, the ATLAS S-ONE utilizes Aero's new Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) technology: 2 mirrored tapered locking nuts that provide evenly distributed clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut. By design, the ATLAS system avoids the distortion found with traditional mounting methods while maintaining the strength and rigidity you expect.
