Love this feature and wish it were on other reels.My oldest Abu Garcia reels are from the '80s and still work great. I highly recommend any Abu Garcia reel as long as it has the flippen feature and wouldn't waste my money on a reel without it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tx1970 from First baitcaster I was able set it up fairly easy and had good experience. Not to fancy and is in comfortable price range. Out on the water it casted well both in and out of wind. Very nice ergonomics. I like the thumb button/clutch to push for reduced backlashes.

Being a tournament pro kayak angler I put my Equiment to the test . This little reel out shines a lot of expensive reels . They definitely are part of my A Team !

The new reel I do not like as the change of the release button now makes it to have to move thumb to push the release button. The old reel you just had to push the button.

Rated 3 out of 5 by DGM Fishing from Not bad for the money It is no SX but it is half the price. It just isn't as smooth as I was hoping. The flipping button is the reason I purchased this reel so if you fish with it to flip with not much reeling is needed.
